How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost in London?
End of tenancy cleaning is quoted per property rather than per hour, because no two moves are the same. Send us photos or a short video walkthrough and we will come back with a fixed quote. For a guide price straight away, use our online calculator. Eco-friendly products and equipment are always included.
Will an end of tenancy clean get my deposit back?
Cleaning is one of the most common reasons deposits are held back, and it is the part you can control. We clean to the standard agents inspect against and photograph the work, so if it is ever questioned you have evidence. What we cannot speak for is damage or wear that was already there.
What if the landlord or agent is not satisfied?
We come back. If an issue is raised, we return within 24 to 72 hours and put it right at no cost: that is the whole point of our guarantee. Send us whatever the agent or inventory clerk flagged and we will deal with it.
Is the oven included in an end of tenancy clean?
Yes. On an end of tenancy clean the oven, fridge and appliances are cleaned inside as standard, because that is the first place an inspection looks. There is no extra charge for them on top of your quote.
Should I book before or after moving my things out?
After, wherever possible. An empty property can be cleaned properly, inside the cupboards, behind the appliances and under where the furniture stood, and those are exactly the places an inventory clerk checks. If the timing will not allow it, tell us and we will clean everything that can be reached.
