CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Eco cleaning team were very efficient at cleaning 13 Victorian sash windows, inside and out, on the second floor of the mansion block building. Very pleased with their ethos, resourcefulness and competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

Thank you for the great service. Elizabeth arrived on time and completed an amazing job. Me and my partner were absolutely satisfied with her attention to the details, the work that was done in our bathrooms and kitchen was just fantastic. Would highly recommend for the professionalism and non toxic cleaning.

My cleaning was done really well. Alex took his time to do a great job, no matter how long it took. I am very happy with the service, and I think Eco Cleaning London offers great value for the work they do. Definitely recommend booking them!

Really pleased with the deep clean - very thorough and my flat sparkled afterwards! I will use Eco Cleaning again.

I was very pleased with the service and happily recommend it. The oven looks brand new, and sofa got a very needed deep cleaning and new look!

Very good service for a complete flat cleaning before moving in. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience and amazing results! Honestly, the most professional and friendly cleaning crew we've had in London. We booked a deep clean including carpet steam cleaning, and the results were absolutely brilliant. Their eye for detail was worth every single pound. Definitely recommend Eco Cleaning London!

I have ordered end of tenancy cleaning. The service was good. The team was professional and managed to cope with all requests even though not included in initial service. The agency found small omissions and took deductions, but EcoCleaning Team suggested additional cleaning for the mentioned omissions or compensation for deductions, which positively surprised me.

Great experience with the Eco Cleaning Team. They came in to do a deep clean and did a very thorough job targeting all the important areas, especially in the kitchen, including oven cleaning, and bathroom with the shower screen looking like new!

Absolutely brilliant, literally, guys. After another housekeeping company let us down hugely, and even despite it being so close to Christmas, we reached out to the eco clean team. And what a great discovery. From the positive can-do attitude, to using eco products, and a thorough deep clean, this company delivered a service far beyond our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good old-fashioned clean with no stone, or plate, or chair, left unturned. Thank you so much!

Eco Cleaning were fantastic to work with. We needed our sofas and armchairs cleaned in our office, some of which were badly stained. We wanted to make sure we used eco-friendly, safe products, and it can be hard to find suppliers that provide this. Eco Cleaning do, and at an incredibly competitive rate! Vitalii was a pleasure to work with, from our first enquiry all the way through to the day of the clean. He was professional, communicative, polite, and, crucially, did a fantastic job of getting stains out of the upholstery!

Exceptional cleaning. Thorough and comprehensive. The best I've had in 20 years in London.

I needed a last minute clean moving into a new flat and Eco Clean were able to help. I spoke with Vitalii who quickly arranged for the cleaner to arrive the following morning! Artemis did a fantastic job - I have had teams of 4 people from other cleaning companies who were not able to achieve what Artemis did on his own. Thank you for accommodating a last minute booking and doing a brilliant job.

Great experience. They were crystal clear on pricing, arrived on time, very friendly and professional, and did excellent work.

I am so pleased to have found Eco Cleaning London and am impressed by their service, from first communications including telephone call with Vitalii to management of my account after the cleaning had finished. I was looking for an environmentally-conscious cleaning service but highly value also Eco Cleaning London's flexible, tailored approach and responsiveness. Eco Cleaning London stood out for me because they listened and adapted to my needs, including washing ceilings and walls. I was immediately put at ease by Vitalii that the cleaners would help me and sort whatever needed sorting, even if not specifically identified at the outset. The cleaners, manager Artemis, Liza and Ivanka, were extremely pleasant, hard-working and effective: in the space of a day they prepared the house for repairs. They worked wonders on the wardrobe and black mould. Inevitably, as one would expect in a major cleaning operation, one or two things were missed and, true to word, Eco Cleaners will return as part of the original service to remedy. I plan to use Eco Cleaning London routinely in future for cleaning my properties between tenancies and will recommend them to friends.

Very thorough service provided by Vitalii and Arthyom. Both worked really hard to clean my house from top to bottom. Would definitely recommend their eco cleaning service.

Excellent service. I would recommend them for their service and price.

Could not fault the oven clean. They were punctual and got on with the job with no fuss and excellent results. I would recommend to anyone, particularly if you are chemically sensitive, and will use them again.

Very happy with the end result. Really thorough cleaning that has lasted longer than previous people we have had before. Would recommend.

On time and does the job very well. Would recommend if looking for a decent professional cleaner.

Eco Cleaning did a deep cleaning of the house after our tenant left. They were very thorough and got the important small details right: windows, inside the oven, cupboards, carpets. They sent videos of the work. We had a check-in inventory the next day and we were happy with their work.

Perfect cleaning. Cleaning has been done really well. Every surface has been thoroughly cleaned, including the shelves with a lot of cosmetics. Will definitely contact them again for periodical cleaning.

Spotless and sustainable choice. Eco London Cleaning delivered a fantastic cleaning experience for my home. Their team arrived on time, worked efficiently and used eco-friendly products that left every corner sparkling clean. The staff was courteous and their attention to detail was impressive. Booking was easy and their sustainable approach is a big plus. Highly recommend their services!

I have been consistently happy with the quality of Vitalii's work. He is incredibly respectful and works autonomously. I really appreciate his attention to detail and the care he puts into everything he does. It is clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. I also appreciate that he uses natural, non-toxic products. Highly recommended.

Delighted with the quality of the clean. No nasty chemicals which is great for asthmatics. Hardworking polite cleaner. Thrilled, thank you!

Love these guys. We have used them for the last two years to do our ovens.

Very good deep clean and helpful - came out of their way to sort a problem with our door. Trustworthy people, would recommend!

About two weeks ago I had to move to a new flat and I was looking for a cleaning service that could provide an end-of-tenancy cleaning. Eco Cleaning London caught my attention because it corresponds to my values - I am conscious about ecology. Even though most of the time the prefix "eco" hikes the bill, I was surprised that the quote provided by these guys was in line with any other cleaning service out there. Their website has an approximate quote calculator that provides a rough estimation of the price for the cleaning. Would recommend them because they stand for ecology, are predictable and reasonable in terms of price, and do their job.

My cleaning was done really well. Alex took his time to do a great job, no matter how long it took. I am very happy with the service, and I think Eco Cleaning London offers great value for the work they do. Definitely recommend booking them!

I highly recommend Eco Cleaning London and their cleaners without any hesitation! Alex and Artemis are professional, thorough, and pay great attention to detail. Communication is easy and seamless, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, they have a great vibe and are genuinely friendly, creating a positive experience from start to finish. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I will definitely use their services again!
